This totally dangerous guy is chilling in an open air dining area, not too far from some food carts. With a bag of donuts. He does kind of stand out a little with the gargantuan hand-symbol ring on his right hand that matches the strange hand-symbol belt he's wearing, but otherwise, he looks pretty normal and harmless.

The area's slightly busy - people wandering around, eating, hanging out and generally enjoying the totally nice and uneventful day.
