So. Pretty bog-standard mission - got a package that needs to pass through Bunker Hill, and get to High Rise. Not a rush job, though, so there's time to scope out the area and get a feel for how many raiders are in the area, and see if there will be any need for a heavy.
The short answer? Is yes.
The long answer, is that the area just south of Bunker Hill is thick with the psychopaths. Despite her best efforts, Celine soon finds herself running for dear life from a hail of bullets and firebombs. In fact, it seems like they're going off almost everywhere, and there's not really a safe-sounding area to retreat into. She really doesn't want to go north, there's no telling how many might follow her into Bunker Hill and cause shit for the traders there.
So for now, she darts through a couple of alleyways, and then rolls through an open window to take momentary cover in an old store. She finally pulls her pistol and loads it amid heavy, but stifled breathing when she realizes she's not alone - and for a moment, she turns her gun on the other person.
Except, they look just as frazzled as she feels. And they're dressed differently than a raider. And have a pip-boy? Jesus fuck, did some vault dweller get lost out here? Crimony. She lowers her gun, then shakes her head. "Well, I don't know who you are, but you look like a reasonable person who doesn't decorate their house with corpses, so nice to meet you. Hope we both live through it."
